We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for regular bookings. During peak season (October–April) and for large groups (17–20 seaters), 5–7 days advance is preferred. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability.

Yes! Multi-day and full tour bookings are our specialty. We offer complete tour packages ranging from 1-day local trips to 10+ day Arunachal Pradesh circuit tours. Special pricing applies for tours of 3 or more days.

Yes, changes can be made up to 24 hours before travel date at no extra charge. For changes within 24 hours, a nominal rescheduling fee may apply depending on the change.

Yes, we accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash. A 30% advance via UPI or bank transfer is required to confirm the booking. Remaining balance can be paid after the trip or as agreed.

A 30% advance of the total fare is required to confirm booking. This amount is fully adjustable in case of reschedule and is refundable (minus 10% admin fee) if cancelled 48+ hours before departure.

Absolutely no hidden charges. Before confirmation, we provide a complete fare breakup including base fare, toll taxes, state entry permits, driver allowance, and any surcharges. What we quote is what you pay.

Yes, all our Force Traveller and Force Urbania vehicles are fully air-conditioned. However, please note that at very high altitudes (Sela Pass, Bumla, etc.) the AC may be turned off for engine efficiency. Heaters/blankets are available on request.

Yes, all our rentals include an experienced, licensed, police-verified driver. We do not offer self-drive rentals. Our drivers are specialized in Northeast terrain including mountain roads, passes, and border areas.

All our vehicles carry All India Tourist Permit, making them valid across all 8 Northeast states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim) and other Indian states.

Luggage capacity varies by model: 9-seater handles 6 medium bags, 12/13 seaters handle 8–9 bags, 17-seater handles 10 bags, and 20-seater handles up to 12 medium bags. Please inform us about extra luggage in advance.

Travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM attracts a 25% night surcharge on the per-km rate. Night halt at a destination does not attract this charge — only actual driving between 10 PM and 6 AM does.

Toll taxes, state entry taxes, and inner line permits (ILP) for restricted areas like Arunachal Pradesh are charged extra at actuals. We help arrange ILP for tourists free of service charge.

For outstation trips, the minimum chargeable distance is 200 km per day, even if the actual distance travelled is less. For local city transfers, there is no minimum distance.

Extra kilometres beyond the agreed package are charged at the vehicle's per-km rate. We always inform you before crossing package limits so there are no surprise charges.

Yes, we operate up to major Bhutan border points including Phuentsholing (from Guwahati/Siliguri) and Samdrup Jongkhar (from Assam). Our vehicles can enter India-side border towns; cross-border entry depends on Bhutan regulations.

Yes, we have extensive experience in Arunachal Pradesh covering Tawang, Ziro, Pasighat, Namdapha, Bomdila, Dirang, and all other destinations. We can advise on Inner Line Permit requirements and help with the application process.

Yes, our drivers are specialized high-altitude drivers experienced with Sela Pass (13,700 ft), Bomdila–Tawang route, and other mountain passes. Vehicles are serviced regularly for high-altitude performance.

Cancellation 72+ hours before: Full advance refund (minus 5% processing fee). Cancellation 48–72 hours before: 50% of advance refunded. Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 25% of advance refunded. Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund. Cancellations due to natural disasters/government orders: Full refund or free rescheduling.

If a trip is cancelled or cut short due to road blockages, landslides, extreme weather, or government orders, we offer a full refund for unused days or free rescheduling. Your safety is our priority.

While we specialize in transportation, we can recommend trusted hotels and guesthouses along your route in Tawang, Bomdila, Ziro, and other Northeast destinations. On request, we can assist with basic accommodation coordination.

Absolutely! Northeast India is very safe for family travel. Our drivers are family-friendly, trained in first aid, and take extra care with families and children. We also arrange for child safety seats on special request.

We operate year-round. Winter (Dec–Feb) is ideal for Kaziranga and Assam plains. Spring (Mar–May) is perfect for Arunachal. Monsoon (Jun–Sep) sees heavier rain; we monitor road conditions daily and advise accordingly. Tawang remains accessible most of the year except during heavy snowfall.
